Gift Card Terms & Conditions
* Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
* Gift cards can be redeemed for any service at any Four Spa branch.
* Gift cards are non-refundable.
* Gift cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credited back to any payment method.

يمكن استخدام بطاقات هدايا فور سبا للاستمتاع بأي من خدماتنا في جميع فروع فور سبا، بما في ذلك التخصصي، الحي الدبلوماسي، العقيق، كافد، وبيس – النرجس.
شروط وأحكام بطاقات الهدايا
* بطاقات الهدايا صالحة لمدة 6 أشهر من تاريخ الشراء.
* يمكن استخدام بطاقات الهدايا لأي خدمة في أي من فروع فور سبا.
* بطاقات الهدايا غير قابلة للاسترجاع.
* لا يمكن استبدال بطاقات الهدايا بمبلغ نقدي، أو تحويل قيمتها إلى رصيد، أو إعادة قيمتها إلى أي وسيلة دفع.
لأن أجمل طريقة لتقول «أنا أهتم بك» هي أن تهدي من تحب لحظة من الهدوء والاسترخاء في فور سبا.
